We offer a range of programmes to individuals who face barriers to employment and those most at risk of long term unemployment.
Our programmes provide engaging and motivational training, work placements with our employer partners and mentoring support during the whole process, as well as once they are in employment. The aim is for our trainees to build their confidence, experience and skills, leading to sustainable employment in a long term career within hospitality and tourism.
