The free-to-enter Awards for Excellence are open to businesses and individuals that have achieved outstanding things over the past 12 months, from providing an exceptional and inclusive guest experience, improving your team’s loyalty and retention or making a big impact within your community. Delivered in partnership with headline sponsor IHG, the awards ceremony will take place at the prestigious InterContinental Park Lane, London on Thursday 11th April 2024. There are 16 awards in total, including two new awards for 2024 – Best Use of Technology and Talent Development Team of the Year.

The deadline for final entries is Monday 8th January 2024 and the shortlist will be announced in February 2024, along with the opportunity to buy tickets to the star-studded awards banquet!

The Springboard Awards for Excellence 2024 will take place on the evening of Thursday 11th April at the InterContinental Park Lane, London – put the date in your diary!
