Michael Taylor
Deputy Master of the Royal Household
Having graduated from the Scottish Hotel School, Michael joined the Royal Household as a food buyer. Now as Deputy Master of the Household, Michael leads a hospitality operations team which delivers exceptional service in the Occupied Royal Palaces of Their Majesties The King and Queen. Michael has played a key role in some of the most significant events of the nation’s recent history both at home and abroad. The diversity of the operations has given Michael a wealth of experience working with a broad range of stakeholders in the public, private and charitable sectors within the UK and Overseas. He is a CVO, an honour given to him by the Late Queen and has an MBA.
