Kristina Dushkova

I’m grateful to work in an organisation that genuinely values inclusion, and proud to support that vision as both HR Manager and Chair of our EDI group. For me, EDI is about more than policies - it’s about people. It’s about making sure everyone feels they belong, their voice is heard and their differences are respected. I’ve seen how small changes, when made with intention, can have a big impact on how people experience work. My hope is to help nurture a culture where we all feel empowered to show up as ourselves, challenge respectfully and grow together. I’m inspired every day by the conversations we are having and the commitment of colleagues who care deeply about this work. Together, we’re building something meaningful.
