“I came to know about Springboard from their website. I was looking for organisations on the internet which provide support for part-time jobs and that’s when I found out about Springboard. I joined their digital Destination Hospitality Course, and it worked like magic. Within three weeks of joining the course, I had job offers from two fast food chains and two hotels. I finally chose to work with Leonardo Hotels as a Food & Beverage Assistant. Springboard focuses on all the key elements which are required for landing a job in the hospitality industry along with CV and cover letter classes, and interview preparations. I learnt about the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries, understanding the business, how to deal with customers, and a lot of other things during the training. Springboard helped me with the applications as well. I absolutely recommend this training for anyone looking for work in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries.”
