Pedram had been unemployed for a few months and was finding it difficult to get a job before participating in Springboard’s one-week Hospitality Express course.

He found out about Springboard through his Job Centre Advisor who encouraged him to register for the course and Pedram hasn’t looked back since! The most interesting part of the course for Pedram was learning how to serve customers. He also enjoyed finding out about the different types of drinks and cocktails. With the support of Springboard, Pedram now has a job in a great bar in Camden, London and has said this was an “amazing experience”.
