Springboard Programme: Trusthouse Destination Hospitality

After a conversation with my work coach and a meeting with Springboard, I decided to enrol on to the Trusthouse Destination Hospitality Course in Manchester.

I enjoyed meeting new people, and the course was more than I expected. We did something different every day! We indulged our senses and improved our knowledge by learning many new things such as tasting spirits and recognising the different flavours, making cocktails, or knowing the art of making a good coffee.

Now I’ve finished the course, I feel more confident to look for and find a job in hospitality. Fingers crossed for my upcoming interviews.
