“Before hearing about this course through the jobs and benefits office, I was really struggling with self-doubt and I was finding it really difficult to stay motivated but now, thanks to Springboard, I have found a massive improvement in my confidence and general mental well-being.  I can definitely say that through doing this Diageo Learning For Life training programme, I have gained much more self-belief and confidence.  I have also learned lots of new skills, met new people and developed more knowledge and experience in regard to working in hospitality.  I especially enjoyed the Mixology session and would like to do this in the future.

I now have the confidence to apply for jobs and hope to gain employment and develop a future career in hospitality.”
