“For the last few years I have been struggling, especially financially. Living on my own with no family support, post University, and unable to get a job, making ends meet was impossible. I heard about Springboard via Universal Credit who put me on their digital hospitality course. Often, I find some courses to be tedious but the Springboard course was immensely helpful. Alongside flow modules, interview practice and much more useful information, they helped me get an interview for a bartending role at a 4-star Radisson Blu Hotel.

Without support from Springboard this would have been impossible, but I managed to get the job, and from now on I will be able to have a stable income that I can live on and thrive on, while working in a good environment.
