Along with our CEO, Chris Gamm, and Operations Director, Bryan Grierson, recent Springboard trainees, Tyana King-Wagner and Youssef Shamar, were invited to the King’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in May 2025 to celebrate those making a difference in education and skills training. Tyana and Youssef have come such a long way – from joining Springboard’s programmes last year to now thriving in their roles at Royal Lancaster London and CH&Co.
