Springboard is looking for former trainees and candidates who have used one of our services or courses in the past to help launch their career in the hospitality industry. We have been operating for the past 31 years and, in that time, there have been many different courses and programmes available. If you have taken part, please get in touch and share your story.

As part of the Springboard to 2022 project to support 10,000 unemployed people into work in the industry, Springboard is promoting the sector to the next generation of talent through schools, colleges, community groups, the job centres and our marketing campaigns.
