Springboard and our Headline Sponsor, Smart Group, are excited to announce the shortlist for the Springboard Awards for Excellence this Spring! This year’s event will take place on Thursday 7th April 2022 at Smart Group’s exquisite and award-winning ‘Illuminate’ venue, with panoramic windows that offer stunning views of the city.
We received over 120 submissions, with 16 amazing categories to choose from, over 40 businesses made the shortlist. As always, we wanted to reward those who have shown amazing resilience and innovation, managing to shine over the past year, as the industry rebuilds. So, as well as bringing back award categories such as Best Recruitment Initiative, we introduced some new ones for 2022, including Best Kickstart Employer, Disability Confidence Award and Best Practice Environmental, Social and Governance Integration. Our categories showcase businesses and employees who have gone above and beyond, demonstrating the ability to implement new and successful initiatives to support their employees and communities.
