As a Kickstart Gateway Employer, Springboard supported more than 800 young people into work placements in the hospitality industry across more than 50 employers.

One of these employers was Springboard’s corporate patron partner HotStats, who took on two young people through the Kickstart scheme and recently offered them full-time positions.
