Aiming to address the skills shortage in the hospitality industry, Springboard's FutureChef involves over 8,000 students annually nationwide. After a successful 2015/16, FutureChef is looking to promote greater culinary education and encourage more young students to consider and pursue careers in the hospitality sector.
