The live webinar training sessions for Kickstart participants will be running every week from the 24th May 2021, through to mid-June 2022, to allow flexibility for your Kickstart participants to attend their training.
Your employees will be able to see the weekly training calendar and book themselves onto the training sessions, as well as complete e-learning modules, via our online training platform FLOW.
We are also asking Kickstart participants to complete our online pre-kickstart form, which we will send to you and your employee by email. This information is extremely important to Springboard, as it allows us to improve our services going forward as well as enabling us to identify any further support needs of your Kickstart participant at the start and end of their placements.
