Before joining the Springboard course, I was struggling to get a job in the hospitality sector and wasn’t sure where I was going wrong. My work coach at the Job Centre suggested I should join the Destination Hospitality course in Manchester to help. I received help to develop my CV, improved my interview skills and developed my communication and public speaking skills. I also really enjoyed all the practical training, especially the bar training and cocktail masterclass.

If I knew anyone who was in the same boat as me, I would without a doubt, tell them to do this course.
