Springboard Ambassador Champion

What is a Springboard Ambassador Champion?

Springboard Ambassador Champion’s are exceptional Ambassadors, incredibly passionate about the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry, and with a prolific volunteering record as Springboard Ambassadors and/or accomplished influencers.

I want to become a Springboard Ambassador Champion

Springboard Ambassador Champion’s should familiarize themselves with Springboard Charity, our vision, mission and values, as well as our events and campaigns.

Springboard Ambassador Champion’s play an integral part in aiding us to change negative perceptions about the industry and supporting the next generation of industry professionals by:

  • Helping to raise the profile of the hospitality industry in their region by being a champion at every opportunity.
  • Re-sharing our posts on social media, via email, and at relevant events.
  • Joining in with campaigns and events and encouraging others.
  • Providing case studies (quotes, video content, interviews, feedback or comments)
  • Helping to develop innovative ways to reach out to local schools and colleges.
  • Using their expertise and support us to create content that encourages and inspires others to become ambassadors.
  • Sharing best practices, tips and tricks with other Ambassadors.

Time commitment required:

  • Attend at least one online meeting annually to share own experience as an Ambassador and share best practices with other Ambassadors.
  • Support us with other tasks such as: providing feedback, research, promotion (this is flexible depending on how much time you can give).

Role requirements:

  • Passionate about hospitality and willing to champion Springboard’s work.
  • Hospitality, leisure and tourism professional/expert.
  • Good network and regional contacts.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic, reliable, and organised.

Benefits:

  • A personalised digital Springboard Ambassador Champion badge.
  • Opportunity to raise your personal profile (photo on Springboard’s website and Ambassador portal).
  • The opportunity to support your region, its people and the industry.
