Big guns of the British food and culinary world will gather at Innholders Hall this Wednesday, 1st March 2017, when the Worshipful Company of Cooks hosts its annual luncheon in honour of the civilian and military cooks who triumphed in the various culinary competitions it supported during the past year.
On Wednesday 15th February over 170 S3 year group pupils from across the Falkirk area had the chance to experience the skills required to begin a career in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Andrew Selley, the Chief Executive of Bidvest Foodservice, will deliver the Arena Savoy Lecture 2017 on the evening of Monday 20 March at The Savoy, London.
The esteemed event will also feature a fascinating Brexit panel discussion, in partnership with the British Hospitality Association.
An indulgent evening at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons has raised over £30,000 for The Springboard Charity.
