For the past three years, Zest Quest Asia has helped college student chefs discover the mysteries and traditions of Asian cuisine, and enabled them to create dishes that show off their artistry and skill, helping to preserve Asian cuisine in Britain for future generations. Founded by Cyrus & Pervin Todiwala, in association with the Master Chefs of Great Britain, it is one of the most exciting and relevant culinary competitions in the UK today. Once again, six shortlisted teams from colleges across the country will compete in a nail-biting cook off in the kitchens of the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. And the winning team will experience a once-in-a- lifetime culinary journey to a magnificent Asian culinary capital as their prize.
