Hobart’s Colourful Mixers Raise £2,700 for Industry Charity at Hotelympia

Hobart UK’s dazzling selection of British-made HSM10 Planetary Mixers – decked out in special colours especially for Hotelympia – has helped to raise £2,700 for the Springboard Charity.

Three limited-edition models featuring customised paint jobs were displayed on the company’s stand and made available to visitors to buy in a “silent auction” during the four day event.

Springboard’s Let Cook and Sodexo Supports Budding Chefs.

Seven budding chefs from Kilmarnock currently undergoing Springboard’s Let’s Cook! programme, got the opportunity to visit Hampden Park, hosted by Sodexo’s Executive Chef there, John Buskie. As well as visiting the various catering outlets within the venue they got to hear from John about his career and how he runs his current team to ensure Hampden catering stays at the top of its game.
