Inspiring Hospitality Charity Dinner

20 November 2023

6:30pm at The Lowry Hotel, Manchester

Join us for the ‘Inspiring Hospitality Charity Dinner’ – an unforgettable evening of culinary delights, supporting Springboard FutureChef, Passion to Inspire and Bridging The Skills Gap, three organisations dedicated to nurturing the talent of the UK’s budding chefs.

Front-of-house maestro, John Holden, will be lending his expertise on the night and we are privileged to be joined by some incredible chefs, including Murray Chapman, Bartosz Szynaka, Paul Askew, Thomas Leatherbarrow, Nathan Sidebottom, and Stuart McCloud, all of whom are passionate about working with students to ignite and support their culinary dreams; Seven colleges have been invited to bring three chefs and four front-of-house talents to showcase their skills, alongside these renowned chefs.

Each delicious course will be followed by the story of one of our aspiring chefs, who will be sharing their first-hand experience and journey to get here.

We are grateful to Adrian Ellis, General Manager of The Lowry Hotel, Manchester who has generously provided us with use of his beautiful destination venue for this event. Adrian believes in the power of education and fully supports the three causes.

Do not miss out on this wonderful opportunity to experience the hospitality industry in all its glory and contribute to the growth and success of the next generation of hospitality professionals. Your presence and support will make a world of difference to the charities and the individuals they help.
