As an introduction please explain a little about yourself (The journey to the role you are in now):
I started university studying Events Management and then an MSc in International Management and Leadership. I worked in hotels and restaurants during my time at university and on finishing, an opportunity came along to join BaxterStorey’s graduate scheme. This gave me the chance to work in lots of different areas of the business, including supporting the relationship with Springboard. My current role is General Manager of a catering site in Edinburgh which has three coffee outlets and a staff restaurant.
As you know National Waiters Day is fast approaching, I’m sure we’ve mentioned it a few times, and we are calling all bartenders in the UK to celebrate this day and raise the profile of their profession by creating a NWD themed cocktail recipe.
